***Official*** LA Rams vs. Baltimore Ravens Thread (1 Viewer)

What’s with this new thing where the whole defense celebrates a turnover in the end zone?  Hate to yell Get off my lawn but this is a bit much people.

... new? It's been going on all year. If endzone celebrations for the O aren't old, this won't be.

The question was posed and I'll make a list of the terrible moves the Rams have made since the high water mark of the LAR-KC MNF epic from last season but we can call it the SUper Bowl.

-They have a RB with little to no explosion they are paying Top 3 money to,

-They just paid Goff about $35M a season and he looks a lot more like he did as a rookie every week that goes by.

-You may not know this but the estimated $1.85 Billion Stadium back in 2015 has ballooned to something along the lines of almost $7 Billion and they were dumb enough to invite the Chargers and their House of Financial Mess that has dragged down the entire stadium including PSL which are deposits for the "RIGHT" to actually secure a season ticket and it's been popular in new stadiums. Well the Chargers have had to lower some of these deposits to as little $100, most of these can go well over a thousand or a couple thousand dollars so this is kind of a big deal.

This team has money falling out their wazoo and I'm sure they can pay for all these things but they have made a mess of the team salary cap and you can almost see a future 4-12 season coming once they have so much payroll wrapped up into so few spots, nobody can survive that and put a good team on the field.

-Jalen Ramsey is going to want to get paid, incredible player, his impact vs the impact Fitzpatrick has made in Pittsburgh, I'm not trying to diss the guy but he hasn't single handedly saved that defense either.

-Cooper Kupp will be in Year 4 next year, gotta get paid.

The Rams will drop to 6-5 tonight, I can't see a path for them right now to make the playoffs. Viking 8-3, Two teams well ahead of them in the NFC West, season is over and they're playing like a bunch of guys looking for tee times and fishing excursions vs playing football. Feels like Aaron Donald not quite the same impact at the moment either.

I thought in 2018, the Rams were going to start a mini-run and probably at least a couple Super Bowl appearances, that seems foolish now with how they are playing. 6-5, they might as well be 3-8 right now, they seem light years behind San Fran right now.
Some questionable decisions indeed.  I know it's easy to say now, but Goff's previous success always felt like smoke and mirrors to me.  Two firsts for Ramsey was a head scratcher a couple weeks ago; now it just feels like a complete backfire.

Was up 2.25 against Kupp you think Rams would be done nope 9 yard pass for 1.9 pts then another to beat me and knock me out of playoffs pretty unreal.

Embarrassing and McVay was lost in the press conference. Typical coach speak.  I don’t know what’s going on but it’s obvious O-line is causing most of these issues. They aren’t opening running lanes and Goff doesn’t have the pocket like last year. It’s like they are playing 10 on 11.

Playoffs or not he’s got to ensure this team plays hard the rest of the way. Figure it out. Too much talent not to.

 Very impressed bu the Ravens

And a 2021 4th.

He better make sure his back injury doesn't flare up.

@KHOLMESlive: After the game, Rams CB Jalen Ramsey was being restrained by Rams personnel in the tunnel while shouting at Ravens players and staff going into their locker room. @NBCLA https://twitter.com/KHOLMESlive/status/1199183430354751488/video/1
