*** Official Lost Season 6 *** (1 Viewer)

Just watched the commentary from Season Three and the creators said that Annie would be a huge character before it is all said and done.
Yeah, that's one of those things that's been around for a long time but we haven't heard anything about her in forever. There was speculation that Ben was obssessed with Juliet because Juliet resembled "her," a woman from his past, but the "her" was never explained. We thought maybe we'd see Annie with young Ben last year during the time jumps, but no dice there either. I'm starting to think it's something the writers have forgotten about.

I watch this show every week but miss things from time to time so I check this site but I keep reading that Rossuao or however you spell her name was infected but I don't remember hearing about that. I know her team was and she was a little crazy but what do think happens to someone in the woods alone for 15 years. Her daughter was kidnapped she had to kill her own team and she kept hearing the others voices over and over but never saw them of course shes nuts. I also have to think if someone was infected why would her main worry continue to be finding her baby after 15 years. Again I could have missed a part saying she was infected but I always just thought she was just crazy.
There is absolutely no proof she was infected, but the inference is strong with last week's ending. Claire now looks/acts like Rousseou II, and Dogen says she is infected, therefore Claire is acting like Rousseou because both are/were infected. But it is all based on the last couple of minutes of last week's ep. Things can drastically change after just the opening this week. Heck, right now we have no proof there actually is an "infection". We'll see.
In the episode "Solitary" from Season 1, Rousseau tells Sayid, "You think I'm insane." Sayid replies, "I think you've been alone...for too long."I think people are confusing Rousseau telling Sayid about "the sickness" her companions suffered with her just being a hermit for 16 years. There's never been any mention of her actually being infected with anything.

Like I said, the only real infection talk about Rousseau started after last week, before that it was only her teammates. But it does add to the question of her living on the island with the Others for 16 years without them having any real contact with her other than taking her daughter. That's been one of the puzzlers that could be explained by the Others thinking she was infected and staying away from her because of it.

A thing to keep in mind is that the Others also called it "claimed". It isn't an illness but rather a change in a person that occurs somehow on the island that the Others fear.

What was Locke's company?

What's the connection between Hurley owning Locke's company in the flash sideways and Randy working at his chicken place after he won the lottery in the real one?

Sawyers literate. I don't buy Sawyers magically trusting this guy and marching off into the jungle.

Box company.I don't think there is a connection. Hurley is leading the good life in the new timeline. Presumably he still used the numbers to win the lottery, but they are no longer cursed. It seems like some of the characters in the new timeline are "healed" in a way.Locke has his fiance and seems to have a better attitude.Hurley is lucky.Kate didn't run right away...she helped Claire instead.Claire will keep the baby.Jack? Sawyer? Made the comment to Hurley that he should be careful or someone would take advantage of him...but he hasn't done anything...yet.Jin/Sun still had troubles, Sun wouldn't admit she knew English.

Also, Locke's ladyfriend in the flash sideways mentioned inviting his father to the wedding.

Odd because the reason he was paralyzed in the real timeline was his father tossing him out a window.

How did he become paralyzed in the flash sideways? (Or what's the deal with dad?)

But there's a (unrelated?) Randy / Hurley connection in both timelines.

Does anyone think Sayed is infected with the Dharma torturer? Remember the “his our you” statement to Sayed back in season 5?

Or, does he just have H1N1?

Gotta give credit where due. The last 5 minutes tonight were about as captivating as it gets.

Guy who plays Locke is going to get the Gandolfini treatment. Forever locked into that role.

Did it ever show Jacob visiting Sun or Jin? Did he visit anyone else?

If Jacob was the protector, what was MIB? The prisoner?

I think the kid was some higher power, telling MIB that it was against the rules to kill Jacob. Same rules that Ben mentioned previously about killing Alex?

Loved the Ben/Locke exchange in the new timeline. Have we seen Sayid in the new timeline yet?
