play action to Kahn or TERun or pass after the warning?
So the officials made the wrong call? This was decided by the competition committee. And either way, it was going to be decided by the officials. If they call it a completion, how is that still not decided by the officials? It is ridiculous that once again the game doesn't get decided on the field but gets decided by the officials. The NFL should be embarrassed.
Thanks x 3AgreeI thought Perreira said the rule is he must complete the catch and make a football move. Looked pretty clear to me that he caught the ball and then made a football move stretching the ball towards the goal line.
What the hell qualifies as a "football move"?AgreeI thought Perreira said the rule is he must complete the catch and make a football move. Looked pretty clear to me that he caught the ball and then made a football move stretching the ball towards the goal line.

What the hell qualifies as a "football move"?When you are falling to the ground in the process of making a catch, the football move rule does not come into play.AgreeI thought Perreira said the rule is he must complete the catch and make a football move. From a strictly Cowboys perspective, yes.Poetic Justice

I don't think him stretching forward was part of the catch. I think the catch was completed and he he was making a football move to the end zone. WAY too close to overturn something like that, particularly on a rule that sucks to begin with. Jerry is gonna be apoplectic. That's the only case for this being a bad call but i thought it was more of him just stretching while falling forward. He was falling forward there in any circumstance...it wasn't him leaping for the end zoneI thought Perreira said the rule is he must complete the catch and make a football move. And then an obvious offensive pass interference on Cobb that doesn't get called. Perhaps the officials should just go ahead and put on Packer jerseys.
Whatever.......football was a great game 10 years ago.Complaining about the officiating under any circumstances is dumb. Complaining about the officials when they make the right call is just crazy.Officials ruin another playoff game with another absolutely terrible call.

This is some serious LHUCKSian behavior.
You've done a fine job of embarrassing yourself in here today.
You must be a cowboys fan because those are some terrible blinders you have onAnd then an obvious offensive pass interference on Cobb that doesn't get called. Perhaps the officials should just go ahead and put on Packer jerseys.
Calls are missed on both sides.
That play was WORSE than the Calvin catch like 6 years ago..... If they wanted to change things that fine but they favored the Bears back then so its the fing rule and the NFL couldn't fix this game as much as they wanted to.So the officials made the wrong call?
