***Official OHIO STATE-MICHIGAN Thread*** (1 Viewer)

I'm guessing he's saying it's better to lose mid season in conference versus your conference championship game?

Not sure it matters this year with OSU.
Ohio State didn't beat Michigan so we can start there.  Losing to PSU hasn't hurt yet, but it might be the difference between the Fiesta Bowl (playoff) and the Cotton Bowl vs Western Michigan.

Nobody called the outcome of the game yet. He implied "if".

As an MSU fan, I'm usually pretty uninterested in this game..  However, some of my Michigan friends have been pretty unbearable this year..  I can't count how many facebook posts I've been tagged in with "Who's got it better than us!!?!"   And "lil brother is back where he belongs" type crap..

So, before the Iowa meltdown and Speight's injury, a couple of them offered me a $100 bet, even up, no points on the OSU game.  I kept telling them all year that Michigan hadn't played a true road game yet and it was going to be tough to win in the Horseshoe..  They were having none of that talk...

Well, I'll be watching Saturday... Oh, and GO NUTS!!!

If OSU beats Michigan, they are in the playoff. Anyone who thinks differently is smoking something.

As Mad Cow said, losing to PSU kept OSU from having to win the conference championship game too.

Should be a really great, nail-biter.  If we (UM) can somewhat contain Barrett and Weber, we have a good chance of winning.  A bit worried about our offense though.

GO BLUE!

The reason he's pullin' our pants down.

Pappy's Staff:
Gonna paddle a little behind.

Pappy's Staff:
Ain't gonna paddle it - gonna kick it, real hard.

Pappy's Staff:
No, I believe he's gonna paddle it.

Pappy's Staff:
I don't believe that's a proper characterization.

Pappy's Staff:
Well, that's how I'd characterize it.

Pappy's Staff:
I believe it's more of a kickin' sitcheyation.

One word. Turnover. This game is going to be decided by a big turnover at a big time in the game.

I hate both teams. But what is with these ugly plain dark gray helmets for Ohio St.? The helmet color by itself is ok but plain. Just doesn't match their color scheme and no logo. Terrible.

Dang, Paris Campbell wide open streaking down the field, and not the first time this game that has happened.  It is there, just need JT to see and hit it.

He didn't look that way at all to me.

Good game so far, will be interesting to see what happens when osu isn't starting so deep in their end, if it ever turns.
Probably saw the initial double cover applied by the safety and ruled that out.  Would've been a tough decision with initial coverage and also the pressure he's been under.
