fwiw...if you are using Firefox, use the f5 button to refresh. From past cycles, that has always gotten me to the next step of the process with cart contents intact.

We're the 66th longest thread in teh FFA. Most of the ones ahead of us are WW and draft threads. there are only about 15 that have had any activity in the past 3 months. We should be top 25 by year end IMOBTW, page 100!!

Any idea when these go on sale to the general public? If they've got awhile, they should shut this down and send out an email with a new date. While I'm sure they'd disagree, not everybody has time to spend all day trying to buy these tickets hours after they indicated they would be available for purchase.

I have a pending charge to my account and a confirm # in my 10c order history (no email confirm yet)...from what I can tell if you were able to get to the "buy" screen at some point & still have that window open, you may eventually be able to proceed by constantly refreshing until it moves to the next step.
I will hold off on the ol' dancing pickle until I get solid confirmation that 10c does not reverse the charges and I get an email confirmation stating that I'm in.

Yep, that's the back door that has been working off and on all day. Took me probably five hours this afternoon, but I got three separate orders through - 1) Weekend ticket package; 2) Day 1 Expo pass; 3) Day 2 Expo pass.Still seems like no one trusts the orders though. All three show up in my order history, each with an Order ID #, but only two have shown up on my credit card so far, and I've only got one email confirmation so far (for the one that isn't showing up on the credit card). So I have no idea what's going on.

Ya I think there are still plenty available.
The key is to direct link in (which is apparently a no-no...unless what I was reading was directed at trying to secure tickets BEFORE the actual pre-sale begins). But they had a link on pj20 that direct linked you into the ticket area...so any smart person would use that direct link all day even after they "grayed out" the "buy now" button on pj20.
If anyone needs those links I can send a PM.
I also have not received a conf email from 10C, but I just sent them one asking if it was OK for me to book a flight, since this is a destination event and all. I gave them my order number and said I had a pending charge on my CC.
What a cluster F tho.

So as much as I want to try that Firefox "fix", I doubt it will work now.
What sucks is I got to that buy ticket page earlier today, but didn't keep refreshing it like I should've. Damn. Good news is I gave up on this BS earlier than most and went back to bed (hungover). I did not wanna find out I missed out and was hoping for some kind of re-do...which now looks to be the case. Yeah, THAT'S the good news...
