Again, probably not popular, don't like this either. This and Kill Devil Falls felt like 45 minutes, got kinda bored.What can I say, I'm picky, and only like the older stuff. Still fun, I don't hate anything they do, other than Caspian and BBFCFM

I loved it. Not sure exactly how the other versions went down, but they went into their little trading instruments antics. Which is cool sometimes, but I felt like it kinda took away from the funk.

 
7/31/15 was the best show I've seen since Phish came back in '09. Had everything. First set was a dance party with funk throughout (No Men in No Man's Land, Ghost, Moma, Wedge, Mike's Groove) - Loved the depth/placement of Ghost as third song in, the antics in Mike's Song ("Let's pick up the tempo">Fishman hardcore drum bursts>Trey slows the pace to a crawl>Fishman fast drumming again>Trey goes even slower in reggae style).

Second set was amazing, with not a single "cool down" song. 23 minute KDF, Martian Monster rotation jam was a blast to see live, fantastic Twist with two standout jams, and the Reba>Gin were mindblowing (first Gin set II closer ever).

So sick...great energy - crowd and band. It was one of my buddies first show, rarely knew what song was playing all night long, and absolutely loved it. Wants to see them again.

Living one and listening to the other, I don't think they were that close. Maybe set 1 last night had some carry over for you?

For the encore last night, love Frankenstein, but meh on Contact. I'd take it once for sure, but not much appeal otherwise.

 
Blossom might be my favorite show of this tour and that's definitely saying something because there have been a lot of good ones so far.

This just listening to the soundboard, for sure if I was there, I would be saying it.

I'd say from It's Ice all the way to Good Times Bad Times is awesome Phish. Might be the best Tweezer I've heard in a while, the Set 1 Gin was amazing, CDT set 2, Hood, what a great show.

 
Pretty solid show, they're on fire right now.

Bobcat - agreed, Friday kills Sunday looking back.

I was in the bleachers for the Cubbies sweep of the Giants Sunday, that may have clouded my judgement when comparing the two.

Regardless, it's been a fantastic run.

Absolutely. That was one of the craziest Chalkdust I've ever heard as well.

Listened to the Philly shows last night and booked my Denver flight while extremely faded. Also copped a Friday floor ticket while under the influence.

I'm working on Denver. Booked a hotel but still about 50/50, I can pull it off if I really want to, will know for sure this weekend.

Doesn't look like this one is going to happen for me this year.

Disappointing there is no fall tour because I definitely have a few day run in me. Labor day weekend is a tough one though unfortunately.

That Bathtub Gin was quite transcendental...except for the train wreck of an ending.

It was like having the best sex of your life with Kate Upton...and after she kisses you goodbye and turns to leave, she drops a steaming turd on the floor and walks out.

As for the afternoon set earlier today, Divided Sky, The Moma Dance > Mound, Tube, Camel Walk, Undermind > Run Like an Antelope are where it's at. Could do without the other schwag songs.

The setlists probably won't show it, but there was a huge jam tonight out of 46 Days into Backwards Down the Number Line. Really amazing stuff in that jam!

 
Walls of the Cave was outstanding. And I always love Tweeprise as a closer - walking out of the show with that energy level is awesome.
