Anyone thinks OAK can rebound in the second half

I mean from-11 to ...-18?
I don't really know, but I'm thankful LJ managed to get what he did in the first half. Heaven knows he didn't deserve it. I think KC wins this game by more than 17.
Maybe not. Of course I've never been very good at predicting that sort of thing anyway, nor do I bet on games.
I really need that 3 pointer :drive:

Fortunately KC have no offence to face and have the ball back

Although, making your picks with 20 minutes left in the game probably increases your chances considerably.

I was referring to your pick of "Maybe not" 17 just now.

OkSorry for misunderstanding

Actually I said that at halftime, but like I said, I'm lousy at predicting that sort of thing.

Kris Wilson could easily be Tony Gonzalez's replacement next year in KC. Watch for Gonzo to test the open waters with lots of $$ to be had. Wait for NO, GB and Carolina to call.
With plenty of $ to spend, plus a dire need for a red zone target, I would like to see this happen.:cheesehead:

On the flipside...

Congratulations! This thread has not made the FFA Index.

I'm glad that game it over... I played the Chiefs defense.. and even though they were playing the Raiders I was a little worried. Can anyone on the Chiefs tackle?

I love how they were talking up Vargas, while Chief after Chief miss a tackle.

makes a lot of sense. The Pack should have plenty of cap room to make a bid. With the money they'll save not signing Lance Briggs, the Bears should give him a call....yeah right.

...and what the hell do we need to do to get Bryant Gumbel fired? Obviously his suckitude isn't enough.

(6:58) T.Green pass short left to S.Parker pushed ob at OAK 9 for 24 yards (S.Schweigert). Penalty on OAK-S.Routt, Illegal Contact, declined. Play Challenged by OAK and Upheld. (Timeout #1 by OAK at 06:50.)
What exactly was Art Shell trying to accomplish here?

Why did you bold the "peanlty declined" part? The challenge, however, was dumb.

As for the game, KC's O-line is absolutely horrible. LJ wasn't running with passion and that's a shame but I've never seen such a dogchit OL. He was ROUTINELY getting hit 5 yards back of the line of scrimmage.

There wasn't really a whole host of missed tackles... just a TON of open space. KC's DTs are the worst in all of football (without a doubt), and the cover-2, while it usually prevents big scoring plays, gives up lots of easy stuff underneath.

Because it makes little sense to challenge a successful play in which your team was penalized. KC was going to get the first down whether Shell challenged the play or not.
