Canelo...stoppage by 8th round at latest.

Bunch of just bruising back and forth battling with Canelo just landing harder.

 
Finally a fight worth paying for, I hope. Gotta go with the younger guy, Canelo. Respect Cotto for his comeback. Simply amazing. F. Roach has really helped him. IMO

 
watching footage of them training for this fight i gotta say ...Canelo looks to be a second faster in his punch speed and delivery...you can just see it ...i think he lands fast and often en route to a stoppage between rds 6 and 9

 
I continue to favor Canelo, somewhat hesitantly. Cotto has more technical skill but I don't see him sticking and moving the entire fight and Canelo will be there to punish every chance he gets. If I were to bet, I might actually take Canelo by decision, as most specific Canelo money is coming in on KO.

And the WBC's decision to strip Cotto, besides being ridiculous, is not diminishing my anticipation of this fight one bit.

 
Stoked for this fight. Cotto has been fantastic since joining Roach. I knew for sure Canelo would be favored but I think Cotto has a better chance than many are giving him.

Ronny Rios looked good in the first fight, decent fight. Rigo is dominating right now.

 
Did they say how much Cotto and Canelo weight tonight? I assume Cotto is the same(153) but what about Canelo? Guessing like 160 at least?

 
Really can't believe Miura came back like he did after that horrible 1st.

But constantly looking for the one punch KO won't cut it...even with a guy like Bandido who just keeps standing right there in front of it.

Thought it was a little quick on the stoppage but there was very little chance Miura was going to make it out of that round.

 
Here it is...let's see if Cotto can keep from being sucked into a slugfest.

I've been really impressed with him of late...but at some point I think he tries to trade with Canelo and it'll cost him.

If he keeps circling and using the jab...he has a shot but I think Canelo catches him by 8th.

 
Really impressed with Cotto sticking to the gameplan...if it continues he might actually make it to the decision.

But I think Canelo's hook will break him down soon.

Canelo's body shots starting to slow down Cotto...take some sting out of his punches.

Cotto will start to stand in front of him soon.

 
I want to like Canelo...a lot.

But he pisses me off by not putting in enough work and never seems to know how to cut off the ring.

Just follows...never steps infront to cut off his man.

 
Really impressed with Cotto's performance.

I could see it being a draw or going either way.

I'd still say split decision Canelo but wouldn't be mad either way.

 
Good fight....I ended up thinking Canelo wins 7-5. Considering it seems like everyone sounds like theyre on Team Canelo, Im sure he will win on the cards.

Canelo looked like he weighed 20-25 lbs more than Cotto. Interesting they didnt each get weighed pre-fight

 
Cotto couldn't have fought a better fight.

Canelo definitely could've/should've...but did enough to win.

If this Canelo goes against GGG...GGG wins in impressive fashion.

It'll be a beautiful war...but Canelo can't "box" and chases too much...GGG will chop him down.

Can't wait.

I don't think Cotto could beat GGG though either.

Year or so away...Mayweather comes out of retirement for GGG.

 
Good fight. I agree. Canelo was too big. Cotto still impressed me. I think right now, GGG wins if Canelo fights him. He needs more to beat him. If im canelo i would avoid it if its possible. WOuld love to see cotto fight more at a lower weight class but not sure if he will.
