Man that 9th round had been shaping up to be Round of the Year before the headbutt. Canelo's chances of prevailing by decision are hanging by a thread

Big 12th for Bud, making it 116-112 on my card. I have to say that this was just too much from Crawford for the judges to take it away from him, even in Vegas.

Fan of Canelo until he avoided GGG. He waited 4 or 5 years for GGG to age then made the fight. IMO GGG won their first fight easily. Crawford looked great!

115-113 Crawford for me. Gave Canelo 1, 3, 5, 8 and 12, would not complain at anyone giving some of those earlier rounds to Crawford as they were tight

this was one of the toughest fights for me because I’ve grown up with both and they have been guys I’ve rooted for every time. In the end, speed wins. Bud really is the best of this era. He’s just so good. It’s crazy but I feel like he could beat anyone at any weight.

Crazy that two judges had the Crawford/Canelo fight even after 10, so Crawford HAD to win the last two rounds to win the fight.

Not sure what Canelo does next, he still has options as a major draw but...

Crawford could/should retire. I mean, what does he do to top this win ?

Outside of facing Uzyk (which would be insane), there's nothing. While his earning capacity is at an all time high, he doesn't have many marquee opponents out there. He probably gets the most money for a Canelo rematch but the cash would be the only thing he'd get out of such a fight - another win wouldn't prove much (and a loss would somewhat diminish his rep)

Some kind of crossover MMA fighter? It wouldn't be a good fight but could make money maybe?

OK, hopefully Anthony Joshua vs. Jake Paul happens in December and is legit, and AJ does what he did to Ngannou and puts Paul to sleep

The purse is insane; Netflix is out of their minds if they are going to both make over $50 million.
