TE Todd Heap looks good for a Week 10 return. He was limited on his hamstring, but got a favorable report from HC Brian Billick.

I'm not starting him. I did that the last time he "played" and he went all of one play and then he was hurt again. Maybe next week. Desmond Clark gets the nod this week.

I'm kind of feeling the same way, but have this sinking feeling if I sit him, he'll go off in what should be a very pass-friendly game against the Bengals.

Heap didn't play much of the game. Todd Heap is the biggest candyass in the NFL. He is a pitiful excuse for an NFL player. That piece of crap will never be on any team I own again.
