Because she's an attacker being asked to play defense.  She's done that a few times this tournament.  She had a pretty glaring one against Sweden that allowed a good shot on goal.  It makes me nervous, certainly.

The US is doing a good job getting feet on the ball on their own side to disrupt France, but they're creating zero space on the attack, not controlling touches well and sending some truly awful passes. The entire offense is basically a two man game between Rapinoe and Morgan.
