IIRC the biggest difference between the comic and the movie was the ending. Same result but different method
may have been some other stuff

Apparently the movie also left out how Rorschach was a raging right-wing homophobe racist misogynist, instead of just an equal opportunity hater.IIRC the biggest difference between the comic and the movie was the ending. Same result but different method

Episode 4 was my favorite, but I think I may have just been really high.Bought the comic. Don’t think I’ll wait to keep watching the show though.
I find your face boringYea. Personally I found him boring. They wouldn’t be able to focus a season around him.
I can't believe I forgot about lube manThis is the best writeup of the show I've seen, captures my feelings perfectly:
It Is Crazy That ‘Watchmen’ Works As Well As It Does

Just finished it last night. Definitely incredible.Finished the show. Incredible.
One man's trash is another man's treasure.3 episodes in and not sure I can go on. It has a lot of high production value, has pretty good acting but any show where I have to watch a 10 minute "explained" video after it ends is not my kind of show. Already went down this rabbit hole once with Westworld and by end of the second season, I was way over Westworld.
Disappointing that this is a new trend for TV.
You don't need to watch any additional stuff. Just watch the show and let it play out.3 episodes in and not sure I can go on. sounds tentacle-y. not my thing, but i hear in japan, it’s an art form.Is that good or bad I'm not sure
If you never read the comic....all the information is still there. It's just deeper than in other shows.3 episodes in and not sure I can go on. And relevant to current cultural movements... probably helps.it was really, really well made. At many levels.
Same situation here. Lost at first but ended up loving it.I watched this, I knew nothing about the story and obviously never read the comics. It was a total :whoosh: for me.
