I wasn't really a fan of any team, just of the game. Oh come on, that was pretty funny.
Anyway, I'll be pissed if Reinsdorf and his "philosophy" of not giving pitchers 4+ year contracts costs them Buerhle. Your in chicago ######, and the stadium is filled almost every day. MB is a proven workhorse, and while he isn't a true #1, he is damn close on most days. Don't play the poor ******* card...*******...I'll chip in a grand or so to keep him around...

If he plans to dismantle the team, I'm sure he can pry better prospects away from other teams closer to the trading deadline. That's my thinking anyway.
Hopefully they don't get swept.
