At first I thought Larry was just being lazy by keeping Alexander, but people have definitely picked worse pitching seasons than his 1972.

given the parameters/methods of WIS, i think you could also institute restrictions such as a minimum number of plate appearances or IP in a given season and in a career. that would limit the so-called cookie picks, and drive us to really consider the world beyond WIS

Another variation could be a "fatal flaw" draft... to keep from the same type of player being drafted over and over, you can choose a flaw. Say every position player you pick has to have one of either AVG below .230, OBP below .300, SLG below .400 or D-/D- defense... something like that.

If Dirty Psychov really is dead, I think this a great idea to use instead of voting for random players to fill out their roster. Post draft, we select the "worst" HOF team (with their best seasons) and place them in the league... let Tre manage it.
