17.10- 1997 SP Curt Schilling, NOT A HALL OF FAMER
Before the bloody sock, he was a Phightin Phillie.
Yeah, his ERA isn't sparkling this year (2.97), but his ERA+ is still 142 and he has serviceable WHIP and OAV numbers. His 255 IP will do fine in the 4th starter spot.

thinking about what worked and what didn't with this format... how about this...
we basically rolled 1d116 +1892 ... 25 times... 5, then 7, then 7, then 6 or something like that
what if everyone has to roll
1d50 + 1892 ... 8 times (this is 1893-1942, I think)
1d50 + 1942 ... 10 times (this is 1943-92, I think)
1d16 + 1992 ... 7 times (this is 1993-2008, I think)
something like that. and then you get to pick which of the rolls you want first. so I could do the middle roll first, Koya could do the modern roll first, Norwood could do the deadballers first, etc. or you could even roll 1-3 to see which you get first.
