***OFFICIAL WIS XII DRAFT THREAD*** (1 Viewer)

Trade bait:

Either of one these guys can be had cheap. A low-PA defensive IF, an OK reliever, a crappy year rolled ... whatever. They're both pretty good lefty slap hitters (Fournier has a some pop):

Pos..Player.........Bats...PA....HR...AVG#...OBP#...OPS#...2B/100...HR/100...BB/100...SO/100---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------OF...Stahl,.Chick....L.....633...4.....337....392....889....6........1........7........81B...Fournier,.Jack .L. ...700...16....328....404....901....4........3........8........8
Or you could have 1900 ROY THOMAS and his .451 OBP!!!! :fishy:
Sub-.800 log5 OPS for Thomas. Zero doubles-per-100AB, zero HR-per-100AB. Walks more, though.Seriously, someone can take their worst year rolled and give it up to me for Stahl or Fournier.

Wait, aren't you too busy to be online today?
It's been somewhat busier, although not quite the hell I was expecting.Does anyone have the recipe for Koya's Angel Dust Iced Tea? That sounds pretty good right about now.
3 years of perpetual stress plus 8 months of acute stress plus 3 months of stupid crazy stress plus two weeks of mad crazy stress plus preperation for huge convention leading to now sleep for a week plus two tall glasses of strong self brewed iced tea with sugar.

Doesn't sound like it's worth the preparation.

I finally figured out some lineups which I think will cause my players to fail least.

Vs. R

1. R LF Bill Lange 1895 .389 .456 .575

2. L 3B Eddie Matthews 1960 .277 .397 .551

3. R CF Hank Aaron 1957 .322 .378 .600

4. L RF John Lowenstein 1982 .320 .415 .602

5. R C Roy Campanella 1955 .318 .395 .583

6. L 1B Dan Brouthers 1893 .337 .450 .511

7. R 2B Tony Lazzeri 1932 .300 .399 .506

8. Shortstop TBA

Vs. L

1. R LF Bill Lange 1895 .389 .456 .575

2. L 3B Eddie Matthews 1960 .277 .397 .551

3. R CF Hank Aaron 1957 .322 .378 .600

4. R RF Ben Paschal 1925 .360 .417 .611

5. R 1B Cliff Johnson 1977 .297 .407 .584

7. R 2B Tony Lazzeri 1932 .300 .399 .506

That should be good for a few runs a game. Probably 3 less than I allow.

I checked. Fourner is C/C at 1B while Stahl is abysmal in the OF.

Good things take time. Some wines need at least 4 years to be ready to drink.

Stahl is D/C-, Fournier is C/C+. Thinking that both would be PH types, but Fournier is startable.EDIT: jfranco moves quick. Fournier is still available.
