Perhaps quizz was in there because your other options were used? Don't know your lineup setup so hard to say. Gates with the big two run PH to tie it up and get us back in the game. A 6-4 10 inning shoutout for Petco.Eta: and this is hardly the first time my drafting has been questioned. Not to say this is a Stellar team, but it appears I have a way different approach to most regarding building a lineup and assembling guys to fill certain roles. I suppose I take a few more flyers / risks than some and have less of a solid plan that others as it's always a fluid draft for me. Sometimes it falls really flat, but it's worked enough over the long haul I suppose.

Sutton already will be back to 100% after the PM2 sim. McNally is at 15 (60) now after starting PM1. So they're recovering fast at least.

i peaked at this boxscore.....acer was home team, so there could be no save situation. likely the SIM went to your closer here for that reason. the bigger issue for me is that quizz went 2 innings. he may have the innings for that work load, but i want my closer going one inning max in the sim, maybe a drop more if i go live. i would look at his pitch count.

pitch counts. Advanced settings under pitchers. I generally think Sparky is too conservative on Starters' PC and MPC settings but they seem to be OK for relievers.

It probably provides me with more variance in results, but I'd rather not make the playoffs every year with a better chance to win it all than somewhat more consistency but never get the big one. I started somehow getting both , the slumped, trying to find that middle ground again with the combo of less time to study this, changes in the engine that I took a whole to adjust to and other players getting wise to how to work it and basically catching up.

Larry took him in the 14th round, but his entry appears to have been typed over in the Google doc as it has "3k" listed in the player name so it didn't come up when I entered it in the 21st and no one caught it.

1983 Quiseberry, in real-life, averaged 2 IP per appearance. Give that, Sparky will let him go 30+ pitches if he's not set lower.

At least you guys are in different leagues. Shouldn't be a showstopper.

On my list, I typed him in as "Russo, Mario" when larry picked him, and "Russo, Marius" when Arsenal picked him. Otherwise, I'd have caught it at the time

My computer can't seem to figure out the Java thing needed for SimLive. Computers are neat.

I always click on "Run This Time" since WIS has been just about the same for over 10 years now.

I had to go into Java Settings under Windows Control Panel and reduce "security" from high to medium. WIS doesn't sign their Java code which typifies how little Fox Sports Interactive Media cares about them.

Had to do the same.

I gotta new Macbook yesterday and just checked if I can play live, and it says I need a plugin. When I try to download one, it says, "no suitable plugins were found."

I can get it to work on my older macbook in Firefox and Safari. My newer macbook I used to be able to get it to work in Firefox, but am having a tough time sorting that out now

That's on a PC I believe. On a Mac Java is an "untrusted program" because of the memory footprint it leaves and the ease of outside manipulation. I'll bring my work PC home to play live on this weekend.
