Defoe almost certainly won't pair with Rooney. He'll be a super sub off the bench. Tevez plays the same position as Messi, Milito, and Higuain. He could possibly play in MF instead, but it's no guarantee he'll start. Make no mistake, Jmon has picked four fine players. But Robinho is the only one of them I'm sure will be in the starting XI for the first game.EDIT: I should also disclose that I suggested that kupcho pick Fabio Grosso without knowing Lippi had cut him, so it's not as if all my information is up to date.
