Offline AND Online draft for same league? (1 Viewer)

Gentlemen,

I decided to run a league this year. Some of us FBG's that live in jersey thought it would be a good idea to have a live in-person draft. For various reasons, most are not able to participate. I was left with 6 definites for a 10-12 team league. I was just going to kill the league, when I was drafting for another league the other night and someone gave me a solution. Have 1/2 of the people at my house and the rest online. We already have a site at MFL and what we will do is input the live in-person picks into the website so those online drafters can see the order. When they make their picks, I'll put the sticker on the board so that we can see what the picks are.

Has anyone ever tried anything like this? Any pointers to share? The draft is next Saturday.

Thanks,

Did it last year and will have to again this year.

It works fine as long as everyone has a good enough net connection or at least pre-drafts in case they lose their connection.

Do it every year. Between MFL, cellphones, and email it is pretty easy. Use this software for live and MFL for online. No sweat.

Hey,

Some of the guys in my league want to know if they could trade picks. Did you guys do this? if so, how did you handle it? I just think it could get confusing as hell for the people using a the draft board at my house. Thanks!
