on MFL, how does the draft list work? (1 Viewer)

My commish is telling the owners to clear the draft list because it will pick automatically. Will it let me make a pick when my turn comes or does it pick for me? Can you set it to pick automatically after the time has expired?

Don't rely on my hazy recollection (we drafted several weeks ago) but I believe the options are as follows:

1. predraft selections targeted for a specific pick will select automatically

2. draft list ranking for the entire draft will only be used if the clock times out

2a. there is a little bias involved that will try to fill starting roster slots first

2b. you can specify per round positional preferences that will be used before applying 2a

3. MFL player ranking based on ADP will be used when draft list is exhausted

The only way that the draft list will be automatically applied is if the commissioner sets the owner in a special list to "auto select and don't wait"...

We used these features successfully in our draft...your commish should reread the help or someone should set up a test league for free and give it a trial run (what I did for our league)...
