I havent watched Grimm since that little hiatus it was on. I have them DVR'd though.

Ive been watching once upon a time though. Which i like, but its kind of frustrating and im not sure how they will be able to maintain having basically zero resolutions for an extended time.

Great Grimm episode this week. Brought history and none other than Hitler himself into the story line

Was surprised that the last talk about Grimm was 2015.

Really ... REALLY enjoyed the last two seasons and tonight's Series Finale was beyond :jawdrop:

might be one of the most intense series finales I've ever seen.

If you have a chance to binge watch Grimm I HIGHLY recommend it.

I've watched Grimm too, son really into it. Got mixed feelings about tonight's finale. It was definitely intense and shocking...but so predictable that it became cheesy IMO and that kind of ruined it for me. Told wife almost exactly what would happen way before it happened because there was no way the "shocks" were going to stand.

All in all, while it was engrossing I was still disappointed. Just too ham-handed for me.

Was going to post almost exactly the same thing. Now there's no need too. So :goodposting: . Loved the series. Wasn't impressed with the finale.

What if we watched the first 3 seasons of Grimm but dropped off, can we pick it back up?  And what season would you start with?  The last season i remember was the hot blonde witch had her magic taken away and I think Nick's girlfriend had just found out he was a Grimm.

I hear you all on the "No way are they going to end it like this" feeling after about 30 minutes, still the first couple kills were intense.. Last week was better in that regard of, did they REALLY just kill those two off  ..

Still, since it was the Series finale there was a chance that they would end it that way.

I believe that was near the end of season 2 and is about when things got really good. Lot's of plot twist and some very  moments..

I think you;'re right.  Pick up from season 3 then?
My favorite thing to do when deciding if I want to get back into a series is go to Wikipedia and review the episode write-ups to figure out where I left off.

Here is Grimm's site ..  I'd start with Season 2, to see where you feel you left off, and go from there

Looking at that site, no wonder this show had a hard to capturing an audience.. Season 2's airing days:

Monday 10:00 pm (1–4)
Friday 9:00 pm (5–18)
Tuesday 10:00 pm (19–22)

:loco:

I really liked the series finale last night.  Sad to see the show come to an end.  I'd like to see another cable network like USA, or Netflix, pick up this show and keep it going.

Was totally thinking some spinoff coming show like the adventures of Monroe or something.

You are definitely going to want to pick up where you left off. Otherwise things would make no sense. Characters were all over the place.

I thought they did a good job leaving the door open to follow the kids all grown up.. She has some wicked, wicked powers and we weren't given any hints I recall on the sons powers..
