As most of you know, there has never been a black head coach in any of the first 40 Super Bowls. You gotta figure there will be at least one this year, as both Indy and Chicago are favored. Before you ask, it shouldn't be a big deal.... but unfortunately, it is. And when it happens, it'll be a huge boost for the NFL in their quest to get more minorities into positions of authority.
