Opti-Men vitamins (1 Viewer)

Ok, so most people that take multi-vitamins probably tell you they can't really tell a REAL difference when they take them. The last multis I took were a big heaping pile of "meh".

But ever since I started taking Opti-Men 3x daily multivitamins, I've been having some vivid, lucid, and awesome dreams! I mean, it's actually almost fun going to bed! I'm in total control of my surroundings and everything's in vivid color. From what I've read about them online, I'm not the only one that has this, um, side effect. Most believe it's because the vitamins have a lot of B6 in them.

Plus, they do make me feel a little better since I can space them out over the course of a day. But if you've ever wanted to have lucid dreams, I strongly recommend taking Opti-Men.

whats the verdict on this.. has some really good reviews on amazon and in the market for a good multi

Try using toothpaste without fluoride if you want to remember & have more lucid dreams. I would rarely remember my dreams when I woke up. As soon as I started using toothpaste without fluoride I started remembering them. Too much fluoride can impact your body's melatonin production. I get plenty of fluoride in e water I drink.
