I wondered about the goose-egg as well.Found this on cbs.

Umenyiora kept off the board: Giants DL Osi Umenyiora did not record a stat in Week 3 against the Titans. He entered play with just six tackles in the first two games, including a sack and a forced fumble.(Updated 09/26/2010)Injury ReportNo information available at this time (Updated 9/27/10).Fantasy AnalysisUmenyiora has been dealing with a knee injury, but he was not on the injury report for Week 3. There was no indication from the team that he was injured, but he has not been very active in the team's last two games and is someone you should consider reserving in IDP leagues until he shows some productivity with better regularity.(Updated 09/26/2010).

DE Osi Umenyiora. His two-sack performance was not due to lack of attention. In fact, on one play in the second quarter he drew a triple team: the guard and tackle on his side as well as WR Kevin Walter, who was lined up in the backfield. Still, no matter the blocking or how his knee felt, Umenyiora made the plays. And by the way, nine of his 13 sacks since the start of last season are strip sacks. Only four times has he merely tackled the quarterback. That's efficiency right there.
