Just having it in this thread will probably suffice, as he's probably only newsworthy to a handful of guys here

Jake Ballard (knee) has been ruled out for Week 17 versus the Cowboys.

Coach Tom Coughlin indicated that Ballard has yet to show improvement. Dealing with a 2-4 week injury, Ballard is not certain to be available even if the Giants advance on to the playoffs.
