Sunday was one low cal meal all day, salad. Didn’t eat Monday. Tuesday night had one sensible meal at dinner and a few drinks. Today was one sensible meal at dinner and two light IPAs. Feel great. Really want to string together another couple fasting days, but I can live like this indefinitely. And I think if I do I probably will lose some major weight. We’ll see what the weekend brings.
I've dealt with some knee issues from trying to run before so we'll see if that flares up again, but I'd love to gradually start jogging more if possible.
. Dinners were a mixed bag but nothing atrocious. My biggest slipup was on Saturday night when I had some edibles and ate a ton of pizza rolls and chocolate chip cookies. Whatcha gonna do though. Overall I'm already feeling significantly better, hope to keep this momentum going.
