
   I've been on the open-faced bandwagon for years, though part of my reason is that I just don't like bread enough to waste calories/carbs/sugars on that.  
Yesterday I had open-faced tuna for lunch, then cooked up a huge vat of lentil soup for dinner.  Not paying attention to how few WW points were in that, I found myself at a huge points deficit around 7:30 and had an apple with some natural peanut butter to try to make up for a little of that.  Tonight I might throw a sausage in there (
that's what he said) for extra points.
No wine since last Thursday.  I've found that not having wine so often makes me not want wine so often.  Imagine that.  Tomorrow it will all change, as we are planning to fire up a big "steakhouse dinner" at home, and red wine will be on the menu.
