Paper Draft Boards? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, sorry if this is covered but did a few searches and couldn't find anything.

Setting up a couple of drafts for my kids and they like using paper draft boards.

I've used draftkit.com for at least a few years now but just checking for any other recommendations.

Thanks!

We still use our original draft board from 20 years ago. We use a big poster board with the drafters’ names down the left side and the rounds across the top (12 teams, 16 rounds). We use colored sticky notes for the picks and hand write the names onto the sticky notes. Each color denotes a different position.

Its worked for us for 21 years now...

Just make one. It just requires paper, a meter stick, a marker, and about 10 minutes...

Matthew Berry has one, you can find it at Bed Bath and Beyond.
This seems like a sad state of affairs for the fantasy football world.
I thought Triple Threat was joking. Nope.

Well ... they're in stock at my local BB&B. Eh, if you just want a draft board and don't feel like waiting on mail order, that one is as good as any other. Looks small, though, at ~3 ft wide. Maybe if your draft is at a 12-seat conference table or something.

The better ones are more like 6 to 8 feet wide.

Ok here’s what you do- get a blank one from wherever. Go to a lumber yard and ask if you can use the blueprint copier, make a bunch for like $5. Use different color sharpies and simply write them in. Stick away 20 blanks for next year.

We always use poster boards from the craft/hardware store and do one for each individual team. Unless its a shallow league then we have 2 teams per board.  A couple ovesized felt tip markers and a TSquare for some straight lines.  And then everyone can see all the picks from wherever they are sitting.

We do have 2 smaller leagues that use the stickers and tiny boards, not nearly as cool. But nobody has to draw any lines the week before the draft.

Christ look how tiny those damn names are.  Horrible for a room full of drafters.

DraftKit’s jumbo boards are awesome. 8”x2” player stickers with large bold clear names.  Great for larger draft venues to end the loop of folks walking up to the board to determine who’s been picked.

Been using draftkit for over a decAde now.

I've been buying from DraftKit since 1997 and they've always been top quality. Very comprehensive list of players as well, one that should suit any league except the deepest dynasty or best-ball league.

The other thing about draftkit is that they give you blank labels...most of the other boards out there don't provide those.
