kolb isn't an easy projection (this season, or beyond in dynasty leagues)...
we can't assume he will be as good as mcnabb (if not top 5, probably top 10, with upside in some seasons)... he is relatively untested in game action (maybe alarmingly so to eagles fans)...
one thing that seems undeniable is that kolb has the benefit of far superior receiving weapons (jackson, maclin, celek) than mcnabb did for much of his career (WRs like pinkston, mitchell, etc, at times)... westbrook was somewhat of an equalizer, but mccoy was handpicked by reid to be his successor because he can catch the ball (albeit not as well as westbrook - you could say that about nearly all RBs)...
in other words, imo, kolb could be "not as good as mcnabb", but put up comparable (or even better?) numbers with what appears to be vastly superior receiving weapons than mcnabb enjoyed throughout much of mcnabb's tenure in PHI. It is also worth noting they are very young, and could have upside (especially thinking about maclin in this context... mccoy also, as a receiving weapon out of the backfield)...
