Pats - Steelers Prediction Thread (1 Viewer)

Sorry if Honda.

Can't wait for this game to start and while I have some concerns about NE's D being a bit worn down I am still very confident NE will win this game going away.

Much like many of their recent meetings with the Pats; I believe Pitt comes in overrated with puffed up stats accumulated while beating a lot of bad teams. It seems like dejavu all over again. Pitt has played no one and they are 2-3 on the road, I honestly feel NE will blow them out; if I am wrong I can assure you I will be be back to take my punishment.

NE 41

PITT 17

The books opened the line at like 15 1/2, the public bet it down to 10 1/2 or whatever it is now.

Saying that, I have Big Ben and FWP so I hope the 35-28 threads are correct! :goodposting:

I own FWP. First round pick and I 've had needs ALL YEAR. I might have to admit to making a mistake with drafting him, TODAY, "Just Do IT!" WILLIE!

Whoa, too much coffee today?

Pats 45- 17! Bank it,***** STONE COLD SUPER LOCK***** Pats have also played Dallas and the Colts, not too shabby.

Liverpool 3-1 over Marseilles!

I see a lot of low scores for Pittsburgh, but If the Steelers play relatively mistake free, how are they going to score less than 24 points?

I see this going 34-27, hopefully in Pitt's favor.

Brady sacked 6 times

FWP 120 + 2 TDs

Anthony Smith returns a Brady Int for a TD

Hines Ward lays out Samuel on a crack-back block

Steelers 38

Patriots 17

For the first time in a long time, the Patriots were out coached last week. They didn't get out of the 3-4 untill late in the 3Q, and thats when the turn around happened.

This time the Patriots do a better job of mixing up the D front and do a better job of stoping the run as to keep Pitt under 25 points allowing the Patritos outscore them.

Pats 31

Pitt 20

No Polamalu (highest paid player on Steelers, heart of their D), banged up Holmes (highest TD scorer on Steelers) = Victory for the Pats!

37 Patriots

21 Stillers

ETA - Pats got a day of rest last week, they realized with 3 (?) Sunday night games in a row that the team needed a well-deserved breather before going to battle against Pitt today.

I am going to go out on a limb and predict 18-13. Two TDS and two safeties for the winning team.
