Sure about that? He was WR2 there for a long while, and (I thought) lost that to a toe injury last year. He posted pretty solid 05 and 06 seasons.

In Round 20 almost anyone is worth a flier, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Chris Chambers might have something to do with him losing his WR2 spot. VJ's improving would too. Not to mention Davis and some others. To be frank, I'm not sure Parker sees the field much this year in San Diego. Too many (slightly) younger WRs there with potential.
