Pennsylvania governor vetoes bill that would let parents have easy access to curriculum (1 Viewer)

This is really a comment on the inequality in funding for schools and a pretty good piece of evidence for why school funding methods need to stop.  There's no question it's a stupid problem to have, but it's one we have nonetheless.  There's a reason the government wants to put money towards getting our internet access out there for everyone.  It's a large piece of the equality puzzle.
What percentage of schools in PA dont have any internet access?

Come on.

Who asserted any of them didn't?  This has nothing to do with my comment about areas of the country where people don't have internet access.  There are plenty of places where that's true.  Every single school in the country might have internet access (I don't know if that's true or not) but that's only one part of that communication equation.

The fact that some people don't have internet access isn't a valid argument against putting information online.
It really isn't. Nor is it valid to state that because of smart phones there should be no one without internet access. Not that you did that but, that was the whole point of my engagement a couple of days ago, or yesterday, with PhillipProto. I suspect I should have been more clear.

That's not the argument....at least mine anyway.  A school putting it online is all well and good.  Does ZERO good to those who still can't access it because they don't have access.  That was my point.

Just being clear here......
