Percussion Massagers - Any recommendations? (1 Viewer)

Climbing up the Walls
My chiropractor used one on me last week and got me thinking about buying one. Any recommendations? Hypervolt and Theragun are the two big brands, but any others worth considering? I'm not sure if it's worth it to pay the brand name price on those two.

I use my hypervolt all the time. It changed my life. I can't recommend one brand over another but for me, I'm glad i bought what i did.

@skycriesmary one thing to consider is how you'll use it.  For me, i mostly use it on my quads, it band, calves, forearms and a little on my shoulders.  I can reach my low back and pirifornis while i stretch and it makes a big difference.  But I can't reach my mid back and hamstrings very well - it's not enough to be able to physically reach them, you need to be able to put a little pressure. I don't know if the other models works as well or better than my hypervolt for that stuff.

I second the hypervolt. I got one about a year ago or so and use it quite often - before/after the gym, basketball games, etc.

But, I can't say if it is better/worse than any of the others out there, it's just the one a guy I knew used and recommended so I got one.

Wow......that model is now down to $127.00     and is absolutely a steal at that price.
My wife really likes the orange attachment on her feet.   After a long day of work on her feet, she uses it for a couple of minutes.
The micro-vibrations bring increased bloodflow back into the area and it makes a noticeably difference......almost good as new and the fatigue is gone.
(i've tried it too after playing 2 softball games and can attest)
