Percy Harvin, WR, Minnesota Vikings (1 Viewer)

Not so great if you didnt get credit for that TD and play in non PPR.
If you play in a non PPR league that doesnt give credit for return TDs Harvin should have been considerably lower on you draft board than for those of us who do play PPR and give players credit for all TDs they score.

what does that have to do with whether it was a great week or not?
The point, which I thought was rather obvious, was that Harvin has less value in a league like that and will have more weeks where he doesnt perform as well as owners would like. And I didnt see where it said posting in this thread was limited to discussion of whether or not Harvin had a great week.

Anyone hear Thom Brennenan on Fox say that if could pick one non-QB to build his offense around, he'd pick Percy Harvin.Agree with this?
Maybe not first but top 5 for sure, he can do so much and he electric. I think Calvin Johnson, and Arian Foster come to mind, maybe Gronkowski too because he is such a good blocker as well.

Obviously Foster is very talented, but his system prevents me from getting a true read on his talent level. I don't know if he'd excel in every system.

I can see that, but in watching the Texans and see Foster out there compared to Tate. Foster just looks so much bigger, faster and more explosive. I think he would be a top back in the league no matter where he played.

Minnesota needs to get behind more
Yea really I had Ponder and Harvin in a non-PPR, non-return yardage league and ended up getting screwed by Harvin's kickoff return. They had a league the whole game after that and just pounded the ball with Peterson the whole time. Naturally the Lions line filled of high 1st round DTs couldn't do #### to stop him, and their offense sucked. Oh well.I have Harvin in another league that does count return yardage and is PPR, and I think this was his worst week of them all, 17 points. He's been insane in that league, carrying my team.
