Peter King's MM QB Article (1 Viewer)

Peter King's MMQB is always a good read, but the question is, what kind of fantasyvalue can you get from it? A lot of times, these football writers are some of the worst fantasy football owners.

King is touting Vince Young, Harvin, Leon Washington, Manningham, Larry Johnson, Cutler. I'm not saying he's promising big success from them.

Pete's opinion and $2 will get you a cup of precious espresso at Starbucks.

His opinions are usually clouded with his friends and Northeastern/liberal bias.

in 2007, based on what he saw and reported in new england's training camp, i used a late round pick on wes welker. he turned out to be right on the money about how many receptions he could rack up in the new england offense. i got a top 10 WR (ppr) in the 17th round because of him.

i think any of the NFL writers could have insights on a possible sleeper or a come-back veteran that could be used during fantasy draft days. i just don't pick up every player they say could have a big year or looks great in camp.

What does Per King's political/social bias have to do with Fantasy Football projections? That being said, he has readily admitted in the past that his record on projecting FF success is not all that great.
