Peyton Hillis (1 Viewer)

A little off topic but who was that White RB for the Bears a few years ago that came out of no-where. I remember starting him a couple games and he had 100 yards fantasy playoff time.

Brock Forsey had 134 yards and a TD for the Bears in a late November game. But I don't think that's him.

What a disaster. And who would have guessed on draft day that you'd be saying(and meaning) what a disaster in reference to Peyton Hillis tweaking his hammy.

Now starts the Skeletor mindgames all week, no doubt encouraging reports, good chance at a "probable" and then, bupkis.

Man oh man, this is 2003 all over again when Portis went down late.

Broncos coach Mike Shanahan revealed late Sunday that Peyton Hillis is likely lost for the remainder of the regular season after badly straining his hamstring in Sunday's win over Kansas City.

"Normally it's about four, five six weeks," Shanahan said. "It doesn't look good right now." Denver is so starved at tailback that Hillis figures to be carried on the roster into the postseason, but he's almost surely done until mid-January. Selvin Young (groin) is uncertain to play in Week 15, but will probably rotate with Tatum Bell and P.J. Pope against Carolina if he's healthy. Expect Denver to use a pass-heavy offense the rest of the way.

God, what a nightmare. The bad thing is if they give any one of these guys the bulk of the carries, they WILL produce... I just doubt Skeletor is going to like any of them like he did Hillis (or Torain, or Pittman, or...)

Is Bell the guy to target here?

I think I broke my hand punching my door reading this information.

Cutler will throw the ball 50+ times now.
And how much longer does HE even play??? They have just about wrapped up the division.<--------- Cutler/Marshall owner with a W17 championship game.Totally over it....
Just because they wrap up the division, doesn't mean he'll sit. There is still home field to be decided. They are currently tied with the 3 AFC teams at 8-5 for the #3 seed, and only 2 games behind Pitt for the #2 seed.

That's the spirit! :goodposting: Now convince me that Brandon Jacobs will have a reason to be on the field down the stretch.

Sorry bud, wish I could help there. Jacobs is as good as gold sitting week 17.

This is ####in ridiculous. Now Im stuck with Addai the last 2 weeks. Same #### happened the week I started Torain. What a joke. Broncos changed their whole blocking scheme for Hillis.
