What site?  I'm in the dollar single entry on FD, I think it's full though.  Haven't thought about checking PGA early Thurs mornings for this type of action.

Couple weeks ago I used up some FPP on FD and turned it into cash.  Tried it again this week.  I'll have to remember to check DK, I've been bouncing between sites, few bucks here and few bucks there, but next week is a major so it would likely be the following week.

 
And Piercy plays like crap for a day and a half before WDing to tank half my lineups. Need Hoge and Horschel to make the cut to have a chance of cashing.

Mickelson lineup managed to cash for $1.50.  Played a $1 1 day gpp yesterday and today. Yesterday's bombed but finished 4th today for $20. So $5.25 in and $21.50 out

While I don't do PGA on DFS sites, I would just like to offer my condolences to anyone that had Mickelson, McIlroy or Spieth in their LU. Those first four holes were brutal for them and it didn't, apparently, get much better as the round went on.

Luckily I faded all them but Day was brutal also 

 
Of course, truth be told, it hasn't been a banner day for anyone. But for those three, just watching that go down, wow ..............

I do have one instance of Rory, but other than that I stayed away from most of the big names that have bombed so far.  I liked DJ, Rahm, and Rose alot more than those other chumps.  Stricker and Grillo were my fav value plays.  

I also hate when I don't play a guy enough that I actually root for....Poulter.  I had him on FD at one point and not sure why I don't have him at least in one there.  At least I have him in a DK.  

 
Been bouncing around the top 5 all day in that mini flop.  Will be an interesting afternoon for my Fanduel DJ/Stenson and DJ/Fleetwood lineups.  Walker is in both, need him to right the ship.  Whoever this Rodgers kid is hasn't started his round yet....and then there's Cantlay.  Sticker is in both and could backdoor the cut, which is top 60 and ties this year (not within 10 of lead or top 70 and ties).

Nice, I was 1st in a .25 gpp for a few holes with 4 guys in the top 4 . I need Cantlay to pick it up too and Finau to somehow make cut at +7.

Looks like everyone did the job for us..

Right now 1 out of 294.  Only 1 other person in the top 40 has 6 golfers left.  Some strong squads with 5 left in the top 10 though.  Hopefully Stricker gives me one solid round after that backdoor, it's like bonus points.  

 
In order to stay in the top 3 where the $$ is I need my guys (DJ,Stenson, Poulter Steele,Cantlay,Finau) to play well and Rose,Koepka, Fleetwood,Grace and Mickelson to tank.

 
My two good lineups faded and all my others charged. 1st to 20th in the Flop. Everything else is dancing around cut lines now. I didn’t see anything after 3pm today so I have no idea what happened. Looks like a rough go for some the leaders.

DJ blew his lead and now tied with Finau and Koepka. Best case for me is if Finau wins, DJ 2nd and Koepka falls out of top 5.

I need guys not to go +13 lol.

It's so crazy that 2 guys that barely made the cut are tied for the lead 18 holes later.  US Open is insane.  I love it and hate it at the same time.

Seriously, hope it works out for you.  You've been grinding all year.  Most of my money in play this week was FPP for some fun, so I'm going to profit a either way.  Even if I had won the Flop, it only pays 30-1.  

 
Of course none of my guys shot under par while Koepka Fleetwood and Fowler cruised up the leaderboard. Started the day 12pts out of 1st and up 18+ on 3rd only to finish 25th 50+ behind the leader. That same lineup was good enough to win in the 3man so $7 in $6.20 out.

Ended up $3 in (along with a bunch of FPP) and $18 out.  At one point today I actually made it back into 1st place in the Flop, thanks to Rodgers going 3 under, but faded and finished 11th behind 10 people who each had one cut golfer.

I suggest getting a few bucks on Yahoo and seeing what you can do.  This week I entered a $2 10-person guaranteed 5050 with about 7 hours until contest locked and it only filled to 8.  There are other examples of this with 5050s and larger contests the past 2 weeks.  Won a few bucks last week on limited action...went with a few more contests this week as the trend continued.  These GPPs I'm in are like 75% filled.

Looking good this week so far, but heavy on Stanley.  This Pan guy was heavily owned last week and crapped out, I read mult places to use him as a bounce back candidate with low ownership this week.

Unless I’m missing something, all my golfers made the cut besides JB Holmes. He’s only in my craziest lineup too. Maybe onto a little something this week.  :ph34r:

 
After a bunch of down weeks got a sweep on DK this week. Cashed in 10x,3man and $1 gpp for $5 in and $27.90 out. FD only cashed a 50/50 so down $2.40 there.

 
DJ and Poulter are killing my cash games. Also have Poulter in my 10x that is currently cashing so really need him to make the cut.

 
Started the day with 177+ DK points and cashing for $23.50 on $6 in but my only 3 guys that have played today(DJ, Fleetwood, Stanley) are all over par and I'm down to 145 points and below cashlines. Damn these PGA swings

 
So close to turning $4 into $20. 1 lineup lost 2 to the cut but the other I had all 6 alive on Sunday. No one doing great but 4/6 in top 30 and was 9+ from cashline so just needed them to hold steady or gain a few positions. Nope! Frittelli and Streelman managed par and held on to 25th but other 4 shot +7 and out of top 40. Missed cashing by less than 6 points.

Because NFL is almost over and NBA dfs is kicking my butt I'm digging this thread up from the dead.

Went with this for the weekend-

Phil,Rahm,Z Johnson,Cauley,Perez and Svensson.

Off to a good start with Phil in the lead, currently winning $23.50 on $2.25.

I decided to delve into the PGA dfs scene this year.  Helps that I didn't want to cash out over $600 on my football winnings, so I had some cash left in there.  I have also heard that golf dfs is a lot of fun, and so far, I have to agree.  Didn't cash the first week at all, but was close on both my entries.  Last week, I did a little better.  In for $18 and cashed out $15.

This week, I am tied for first in the albatross after the first round.  Phil/Cantlay/Putnam/Armour/Svensson/Knous

My process is basically I have no process, but I am learning.  In this particular week, I stayed away from guys who started on the Stadium course, so that's probably why I did well in the first round.  Will see where I'm at after today and tomorrow when everyone has had a chance to play it.

 
So far this year I've only been playing on Yahoo.  Did very well the first two weeks of the Yahoo Cup (free year long league, weekly prizes are tough to cash and there are end of year prizes). 

Week 1 I forgot to enter any other tournaments...I would have slayed them with my Cup lineup.  Of course week 1 there was no cut and it was a small field, but my score was in the 90th percentile of the Cup.

Week 2 I ponied up 10 or 12 bucks over 3 lineups I think and cashed for around 22.  

This week I have 12 invested and I'm floating between 20 and 30 in return.

I don't know when it's going to flip, but I'm still able to participate in rookie or non-vet contests.  They are super soft, but I mostly play at the 25 cent to $3 level.  If I bank some winnings again this week, I'm going to check out a $5 or $10 rookie contest next week regardless of whether it fills or not (sometimes they don't on Yahoo).  Not always a great edge, but I'll take any edge available.

I recommend trying it out.

Scored 554+ and cashed both contests with this lineup, $2.25 in $20.75 out

 
Ended up takin* 7th on DK for $80. Not bad considering i had two miss the cut. 

Lot of big names in the field this week. Who’s playing Tiger?

Rahm might be the place to start.  If he could have putt at all last week, he probably defends his 2018 win. He missed so many “easy” putts.
