Phenoms Class Action: Need name/email ASAP (1 Viewer)

I'm wondering if all the "winners" who are given chargebacks if their winnings are then nullified IF there are any payouts??? Have any chargebacks been contested by the lil punk?

The notoriety of the other phenoms thread drew me to the site. I've probably read about half of that long thread. The above questions were just some that popped in my head and I hadn't seen those questions covered in the parts of the longer thread that I read. I think they are legit questions and since someone in this thread is or is in contact with a lawyer I thought maybe a legal mind could offer a little insight on that side of things. Of course lawyers are like politicians and the media, they can spin the exact same facts it in a thousand different directions.

I am only in a coupe of small local leagues and a few free internet leagues. I have wanted make the jump into bigger leagues, but my fear of something like the Phenoms fiasco happening along with the fact I don't have much discretionary money to risk anyways has kept me on the sidelines. Still one of these years I may make the jump and I guess I'm using this situation to learn as much as I can before I try any larger leagues than I'm already in. I feel badly for everyone involved, especially those whose winning would have made an impact in their lives.

I don't think it was "inadvertently transmitted" to him.
