I remember this a few years ago. Pretty sure your scoring rules must have "offensive fumbles recovered for TD" or similar defined. If not, you will have a huge debate and others will claim it goes to the D because that what the NFL calls it. However, IMO, the commish should use common sense here. The Philly D was never on the field, so they could not in any way get points. Give the points to the Curtis and adjust the rules for next year.

Also remember that many sites will not get the scoring correct on weird plays like this. Give them a day to figure it out and them make your argument if they do not get it right.

I just checked, and in MFL, the category is called "Number of Offensive Fumble Recovery TDs", and is giving Curtis the points in both of my MFL leagues.

Good play right here on your part. I'm sure that our commish will do the same.

but our league does not have offensive fumble recovered for TD. let see how things play out

Go Noles! I went to Grad school at FSU, so I hope you guys get the points!

Does you league not have the category, or is it there and not used or defined. We did not have it either until we realized we needed it. Then we added it.

I bet you all remember the play a few years ago. It was the Bucs and Colts I think. An INT was thrown, fumbled and recoverd buy the offense, fumbled and recovered by the defense and then fumbles again and recovered again by the offense for a score. It was similar to that and created a lot of issues for commishes.. LOL

we are playing each other this week for the championship and I am the commish. lets hope that play will not effect the gameour league has no rule for this type of play, use CBS. we do have a rule that say we will use NFL.com for any scoring conflicts. NFL.com is scoring as a off. fumble recovery

Stecker out with a toe injury
What"s the status? Please say he will be fine. Please.
After he went to the sidelines, the cart came to get him. It was some kind of lower leg injury, initially they said it was his toe. He was grimacing like he was in a lot of pain. The announcers have not followed up on his condition yet, but as soon as I hear, I'll post it.

Thanks for the update. I really need that Super Bowl cash.

announcers just said Colston went to the locker room also, no further info on his condition.

I've been watching the whole game and have no idea why Colston left. The stupid announcers have said nothing other than he's gone to the locker room. So annoying.
