The announcers going on about “how is this a game?” is really cheesy and disingenuous. The Eagles have to play Kenny Pickett at QB. Of course the other team is going to be competitive.
 
Check it out next possession.....Picket doesn't move much when he hands off to Barkley.....he literally waits for Barkley to come take possession of the ball....If Barkley got the ball a little earlier/quicker he'd have a better chance to make a cut....plus that slight delay of the handoff allows the D to close the gaps on the line before Barkley gets there.

I believe Pickett has the lowest TD % of any starting QB in the history of the game (who qualifies with minimum attempts). It’s quite shocking that he found Brown earlier.
 
Washington is stacking the box tempting Kenny.

Kenny has an elite line, HOF RB and 2 top notch WR and the backup TE is actually pretty good.

In all honesty if your backup QB is in and you're winning. You're lucky but in the Eagles case they have so much talent on O and D.

Kenny got lucky that wasn't a fumble.
 
Can we expect the defense to get another stop or another turnover? This birds offense is not going to score another point today.

This isn’t one of those Nick Foles saves the day moment. If Hurts goes down in the playoffs, the season is over. He looks like a complete different player in the NFL compared to Pitt. Of course at Pitt, he had Addison getting 5 yards of separation every play. That doesn’t happen in the NFL and Pickett gets exposed.
 
The NFL found Philly's kryptonite. Backup QB. For all we know Tanner might not be better than Kenny, but he should be considered at some point.

When a college QB stinks for 3 years as a starter one needs to take notice.

Hated the pick and glad he's gone.

Every report I saw from training camp both last year and this year said he was better than the #2. Not sure how he can be worse.
 
For Kenny's sake I really hope Jalen is ok and plays next week. Because if he doesn't Kenny could get the Santa treatment ;)
