What is the common setup? Spread and weighting? Just weighting(confidence)

If weighting 1-16 or like top 3 or 5?

I do not know if one is more common. I have played spread, no spread, and spread with confidence. We used 1-16, but that may just have been the Yahoo default, It went through the play offs so, for example, for div. championship week, we chose among 4,8,12,16.

Mine is spread without confidence. It gets rid of the "no brainer" games without becoming too much work.

Spread with no confidence points is the best.

No spread, no confidence is the worst.
