The December issue of MOJO magazine is a nice farewell to Pink Floyd issue. Separate interviews with Gilmour and Mason about Endless River are bookended with a feature on Syd Barrett and the roots of Floyd, with sidebars on the cover designs by Hipgnosis.
I've listened to this 3-4 X now, and for me, it has borne repeated listening. I liked it at first, but even more so after revisiting it. The blu ray audio version sounds outstanding. It was great that they were able to incorporate a tribute to Wright in the band send off, and give his keyboard work a prominent role, as it was such a big part of the classic '70s Floyd sound.
