The Steelers have no running game at all. None. That's why on 2nd an 7 you may as well just attempt two straight pass plays. No point in trying to keep the D honest in that situation when you know that a run play will most likely be a 0 or negative yard play with an upside of maybe 2-3 yards. Pickett looked impressive on that drive - just let him make the play there. But we probably have the worst Offensive coordinator in football so I'm not surprised by the call.
 
Damn.

Yeah, I guess that's all I have to say after that pick.

I still have no worry about the outcome, but would like to see the Bills convert on more of these drives where they're set up for points.

After the interception, quick 3 and out. 2nd and 4, Bills come up and crowd the line (because of course they know the play that will be called) so we run the ball up the middle (although I feel like Najee could have cut it to the outside for a first). 3rd down and they throw it 2 yards short of the marker. Same **** over and over. Canada has to be gone after this year.

Look at the Bills there. They take so many shots deep and look at the difference. They actually make big plays. Granted the Steelers offense is nowhere near the Bills offense but you can't hit if you don't take chances.
 
lol they're kicking it. Gutless call. So let me get this straight, 3rd and 8 and they throw the ball for 4 yards. And then decide to kick it? That makes absolutely zero sense.
 
If you're kicking the FG, then the 3rd down play has to be at least 8 yards. The only way you throw it short of the marker is if you're also going for it on 4th. And in this wind, who would have thought that would be the outcome? Tomlin ****ed that call up big time.

That was as much on Tomlin as it was on Canada. Tomlin ultimately makes the call to kick the FG there. Absolutely clueless decision there. And it's not the first time Tomlin has made a decision that seems like he's throwing in the towel. Pathetic decision and pathetic play calling.
