WR Plaxico Burress (back) said Wednesday that he's not impressed with Chicago's secondary.

"I am just looking at film and assessing the guys and looking at them, and we can throw the ball on these guys and make some big plays and have fun," Burress said. "I am not going to say they are great corner guys, because I don’t see that. They are not great cover guys. I don’t know why everyone is acting like they are exceptional corners." After missing practice Wednesday, Burress remains questionable to even suit up in Week 10.

Why would he make a target of himself????

 Worked out OK for Ronnie Brown...no?

I don't know if this is such a bad idea. Some people do not play well when things become emotional (as when you are called out). While some rise to the occasion, others take stupid penalties and do not play "their game" when they get worked up. Look at it from the Giants point of view: Their injured WR, who if he plays may just end up being a decoy, just drew more attention to himself. Sure, it would be better if Toomer was on the other side of him, but something like this could open things up more for whoever starts opposite of him.

Doesn't matter if Giants can't stop the Bears themselves with so many injured
