Player Evaluation (1 Viewer)

Rounders

I saw this term mentioned in another thread (sorry forgot where) and wanted to bring it out in the open. Basically with the flood of information out there readily available for the masses the truly gifted fantasy footballers are known for great "player evaluation". If an owner can accurately analyze a football players situation for the upcoming season then their chances for success increases (duh). Since we are all here trying to win championships it's crucial we all get better at evaluating the players as it relates to fantasy football.

So my question is simple: How do you evaluate players? What are the variables that are most important when evaluating a player? Talent? Situation? Team? Coaching?

Bingo. After all the analyzing and overanalyzing in the end I think it all comes down to the ability of the player and the personnel around him. Every thing else really means nothing. Just because it's a simple answer though doesn't mean in any way, shape, or form that it's an easy one.
