Players I'm going to punch in the weiner (1 Viewer)

Pretty harsh punishment for a guy that until last night had produced just about in line with his recent track record. I don't want to know what you have in mind for severe under achievers like Howard and Hafner. Midevil torture?

And Cano owners must be completely fed up by now.
Not yet, I actually traded for him in one league. He didn't really get going until July last year (33/3/33/270/400/670 before the All Star Break) and look how he finished (60/16/64/340/566/906 after the break). He just needs to stop chasing so much up in the zone. His K rate, K/BB, GB%, and LD% is about on par with previous seasons but he is popping up a lot more than usual, normally when chasing balls up in the zone and instead of fouling them off he's keeping them in play. If you can buy low I'd do it.

Cano

Howard

Weaver

Corpas

Pence

Wright (Sorry Dave, I'm going to need a little more out of my #5 pick)

JohjimaCanoPencePenaStreetPlayers I dropped but would still like to kick in the crotch:WillisZitoC Cordero
You drafted Zito and Willis? You only have yourself to blame there.
You wanna be added to my list?
Yea, you probably should. If you're going to be making complaints like that one I think it's safe to say I'll be dumbfounded by another one of yours at some point. Just seems rather silly to be complaining about poor production from what was likely two of your last picks that were bad picks to begin with.

Let's get back to players I'm going to punch in the weiner.

Howie Kendrick

Feeling fine enough to go 5 for 6 in the minors, but not well enough to take grounders at the Major League level.

"That's for making me start Tadahito Iguchi"

Yeah this guy is such a poosay. Starting Lopez is no fun.

Jason Varitek welcome to the list, stop being available to me late every year.
This is the reason he's available to you late every year.
He always seems like the safest bet at that point. It works out eventually. I picked up Johjima last year and I'm comfortable with Doumit for the time being. Varitek still deserves to be punched in the weiner for putting up decent stats every year that dont reveal his inconsistency.

I know he's not a player, but Pinella needs a shot to the junk. Hey, let's bat Soriano leadoff until the end of the world. Please, God, someone put a boot down his chute. I think Soriano's IQ hovers around that of mud and grapes. Seriously. Ok, I feel better now.

The Rich Hill situation was handled brilliantly... I'll sit him for 8 days and wonder why he's inconsistent. Go away you angry old **** head.

Weather conditions, Lou probably didn't want to play him and his tender calf in 40 something temps during off and on rain on a wet field.Good decision.

Didn't know it rained there... my bad.

Kibbles and Bits jab to Jack Taschner. Not only did he give up a hit that allowed in 2 extra runs on one of my closers (Brian Wilson), but he also negated a save situation for my other closer (Bobby Jenks).

Bobby Abreu you better be wearing your cup

Last 5 years you ranked 5, 2, 2, 2, 4 overall for Outfielders.

I got you at 2.12 and was thinking SOD. Perennial top 5 OF going into a contract year.

Right now you're barely startable in a 12 team league.

:lmao: No f'in way was he ranked 4th last year. And you took him in the 2nd round? Thats alot higher than he shouldve gone. And right now hes having about the season thats expected of him. Not sure what you're looking for here.

My bad, he actually finished 5th behind Holliday, Mags, Ortiz (DH is OF in this league) and Sizemore .Real simple points league. Not a standard 5X5.1 point for H,R,RBI,SB,BB/HBP. There's no extra points of XBH or HR's Last year he was (H/R/RBI/BB/SB)171/123/101/84/25Right now he's on pace for169 / 66 / 92 / 58 / 7Hits and RBIs are on pace, but let's look at the others. He hasn't scored less than 98 runs since he's been a full time player. On pace for 66, (-45% from last year / 33% lower than career low)He hasn't walked less than last year's 84 since he's been a full time player. On pace for 58 (- 31% from last year / 31% lower than career low)He hasn't stolen less than 19 bases since he's been a full time player. On pace for 7 (-70% from last year / 63% lower than career low )Let's remember that this is 10 years of being a FTP we're talking about here and he's in his contract year. We're looking at career lows in 3 catagories that he usually racks up big points in, and the on pace numbers aren't even close to what his current career low is in each cat. But I guess I should have expected that.
