Playoff Leagues (1 Viewer)

I know this is very last minute, but I'm looking for Playoff leagues. In particular, they were discussing leagues in which you start a new line-up each week of the Playoffs and you can chose a player only once during the entirety of the Post Season. Does anyone know where that format is? I haven't been able to catch that on SiriusXM and I can't find it online either.
