Irresistible force, immovable object, you know the drill. Can't get much better a matchup than this game in the 'Stick. :banned:

Saints have played 1 game all year on grass above the Mason Dixon Line.

(week 1 loss at Packers)

Give me the 49ers.

49ers 33

Saints 27

I am getting sick of all the grass and outdoors comments. It does not matter one bithttp://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/09000d5d80bf8c01/NFL-GameDay-Chargers-vs-Saints-highlightsyes it is an old video but the Saints were a dome team back then as well. I was just looking for the game which was on the road with the worst wet conditions possible.

Yeah, actually the turf at Candlestick is in great shape, and favors the Saints if anything.

Weather is a non-factor.

On grass and north of the M-D is about as far from relevant as it gets.

It does matter. It may not matter enough to change the victor, but it matters. Don't be in denial here.

49ers can be thrown on. For all the talk of their stout D its not going to matter much when the Saints throw it 50+ times. 49ers only chance is to hoard the ball all day long and get a few turnovers. Even then they could lose if they keep kicking FG's and not getting in the end zone.

Sproles on screens and the right side of SF's o-line are my biggest worries. And to start the game Sproles is out on a screen.

Saints already getting bailed out by the refs. They won't be able to run the ball and their defense can be thrown on. Looks like Jimmy Graham may be done for the day. I expect this one to go deep into the 4th quarter, 49ers win 22-20.

9ers are HITTING out there. Even if NO wins this game they may not have enough players to line up for the NFCCG....

Wow.
