Nah, as Dylan proved in one of the greatest songs ever written, Tangled Up in Blue. West is a cliche. Really an ironic artistic decision given he was stealing Dylan's music.

And to think, I had to make my way down to Charleston to see one of their two or three annual live performances last year.  This year they're coming to my favorite venue.
