I disagree. He had lost a step, but he would have made a decent/low end RB2 just based on the amount of carries he got each week. That last game he got hurt, he was running really well. With all that being said, I don't think he'll have much value when/if he comes back. It'll probably be Torain's job with Portis filling in for 3rd down duties.
